Sitka National Historic Park

Sitka National Historical Park is located in the town of Sitka, Alaska, on Baranof Island in the southeast region. It preserves the site of a battle between invading Russian traders and indigenous Kiks.ádi Tlingit. Many Tlingit and Haida totem poles are erected along the park's scenic coastal trail for viewers to see.
