The Glenn Highway, in southcentral Alaska, traverses the state north of the Chugach Mountains, connecting the small towns of Glenallen and Palmer, and then continues into the city of Anchorage. It is a scenic road that follows river beds, high alpine regions of the tundra, and boreal forest through Eureka Pass.
