Mink

The American mink is a member of the weasel family. It inhabits nearly all of Alaska except some offshore islands and the far Arctic North Slope. Mink favor stream edges where they hunt for food as a semi-aquatic animals. It eats rodents, fish, frogs, and birds. It moves quickly and is, in general, a shy animal.
