Fairbanks

Due to its northern location at 64.837N degrees latitude, Fairbanks is a land of extremes. It makes life unique for the residents that live in a remote area with frigid temperatures. The Chena River transects the town with an expanding population that grows from 32,000 to 82,000, including the surrounding Fairbanks North Star Borough.
