North Pole

North Pole is a small town just 15 miles south of Fairbanks in Alaska's Interior. It is not technically located at the geographic north pole. Still, it harnesses the popularity of its name by featuring the cultural icon of a giant Santa Claus statue that towers over his workplace, where toys are made for kids (aka gift shop).
