Yakutat

Yakutat is on the northern coast of the Gulf of Alaska, surrounded by the Tongass National Forest. It is a small town with a history of mining, seafood, canneries, and military presence during WWII. Its Native Alaska peoples are the Eyak of the Copper River Valley to the north and the Tlingit of the Inside Passage area.
